6/16 - 2 games of 21 + yoga + forearm stands
6/17 - yoga (Jivamukti class)
6/18 - 1 on 1 full court to 5, two games of 3 on 3 to 11
6/19 - 2.5mi bike to cascade lake + swim + 2.5mi bike home
6/20 - yoga workout + run to #49 (1.5mi)
6/21 - 1.5mi cascade lake run + 3 sets of (3 pullups, 10 pushups) + swim
6/22 - 2.5mi bay kayak (ocean city md) + 3 individual 1mi runs + ocean swim + 2mi bike
6/23 - cascade lake swim + 2.5mi bike back
6/24 - 1.5mi cascade lake run + swim
6/25 - group run around lake + swim
6/26 - basketball full court 1 on 1 to 5
6/28 - basketball 21 + 1 on 1
6/29 - 100 jumping jacks + 20 push + 20 crunch + lake run + swim
6/30 - landscape day + mountain hike
7/1 - basketball + ultimate frisbee
7/2 - run to cascade + back 5mi
7/3 - bball
7/4 - indian mountain training + 36 hour water fast
7/7 - indian mountain training
7/13 - indian mountain training in the rain
7/15 - tri training - 2.5mi run to lake + 1/4 mi swim + 2.5mi bike
