6/2 run to top of mountain + yoga
6/3 run + 3 sets of (50jumprope + 1min rock jumps) + swim
6/4 2.5mi road run
6/5 gear loading
6/8 5mi road run to cascade lake
6/10 yoga + 3mi run
6/11 yoga (Jivamukti class)
6/12 yoga (Jivamukti class)
6/14 yoga (Jivamukti class)
6/15 landscape (5hr moving rocks) + 1.5mi trail sprint + swim + steam room yoga
